Terms of use

I. General provisions

1. These Terms of Use are defined by the content provider of the https://eucet.hu/ (hereinafter: Website) the Civil Cooperation Public Foundation (headquarters: 1027 Budapest, Vitéz utca 5-7, tax number: 18003534-2- 41; hereinafter the Service Provider) and the rights and obligations arising during the use of the Website between natural persons using the Website (hereinafter: the User).

2. By visiting and using the Website, the User accepts the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice. The Service Provider's Privacy Policy is available at https://eucet.hu/adatvedelem If you do not accept the following Terms of Use, please do not use our site and do not post opinions, information, or share it.

3. The User expressly acknowledges that the Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice in order to increase the quality of the services provided by the Service Provider, make them more efficient, and introduce new services.

II. Terms of Use

1. The Website can be used by the User in the following ways:

• a) visiting the Website: free of charge and no personal data is required,
• b) the Website can be used (posting) via the Facebook module.

2. The User acknowledges that he/she uses the Website solely at his/her own risk, and also acknowledges that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for property or non-property damages that may arise during use. The User is obliged to do everything expected of him to protect his personal data.

3. Website newsletters can be unsubscribed via the unsubscribe link. In case of unsubscribing, the Data Controller deletes the User's personal data in the newsletter database.

4. The Service Provider and its partners, suppliers, consultants and agents disclaim all responsibility for the authenticity, content, completeness, legality, and reliability of the posted information and materials. The Service Provider disclaims all liability for the behavior of Users. The Service Provider excludes its responsibility for damages suffered by the User or any third party resulting from the User's incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data provision.

5. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse its service to any user.

6. The User may not modify the appearance or operation of the system, nor may he interfere in any way or interfere with the operation of the Website, the servers, or the network connected to the Website, nor may he disregard the regulations or regulations regarding the operation of the network connected to the Website. Attempts to do so may result in exclusion from the website and other legal consequences.

III. Copyright, private use, acceptance of the content of the Website

1. All content published on the Website is protected by copyright, which constitutes the intellectual creation of the Service Provider in accordance with Article LXXVI of 1999 on copyright. according to law.

The User agrees to grant the Service Provider the right to use the textual and image content uploaded to the Website simultaneously with the upload, for an indefinite period of time, without territorial restrictions, without compensation, transferable to third parties. The Service Provider has the right to use, duplicate, rework or transfer the uploaded contents in whole or in part, or to use them in any other known way, without territorial and temporal restrictions. The User acknowledges that the Service Provider primarily uses the content in print and online publications belonging to the scope of interest of the Hungarian Civil Cooperation Public Foundation. The User expressly waives the usage fee by accepting these Terms of Use at the same time as uploading the content.

8. The User consents to the Service Provider removing, without special notification, the materials that violate any person's right to intellectual creation, copyright and neighboring or other proprietary rights or the provisions contained in these terms of use. In these cases, the Service Provider may delete the user without any notification.

ARC. Warranty and responsibility

1. The Service Provider does not guarantee that accessing the Website, downloading the Website, or using the Website will always be uninterrupted, uninterrupted and error-free. It also does not guarantee that any material appearing on the website or accessible through the website will always be free of errors, viruses or any other harmful content.

2. The Service Provider excludes compensation for any damage resulting from downloading or unavailability of the Website.

A. Scope of these Terms of Use

1. These Terms of Use enter into force on September 1, 2024 and are valid for an indefinite period.

2. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify these Terms of Use. The Service Provider shall inform the users of the amendment of the Regulations with an announcement at the same time as the entry into force and publication of the new regulations. The information includes the date of entry into force of the amendment and the availability of the amended Terms of Use.
