The composition of the National Judicial Council, with regard to the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of April 2, 1997

Extract: In the literature, it has been pointed out that the nature of the National Judicial Council can be defined as administrative-municipal-political, however, it is often emphasized that the "most political character" is the group made up of the parliamentarians elected by the Sejm and the two senators elected by the Senate creates. I share the view that the National Judicial Council is complex in nature, which is supported by its diverse composition, as well as the view that the National Judicial Council does not function as an organ of the judiciary.
